Shipping: Returns are accepted within 7 days upon receiving the merchandise. This EXCLUDES, sale items, and accessories. You may return your items at our local warehouse upon availability or through mail. If the warehouse is closed during your 7 days of return, the days will still be counted and the client must send items through mail. 

PICK UPS: have up to 7 business days to pick up. If the merchandise is picked up after the 7 days after it will NOT be eligible for returns. This INCLUDES, sale items, and accessories. PICK UPS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO TRANSFER TO SHIPPING. 

*Sale Items and accessories (bags, jewelry, sunglasses & fun goodies) are FINAL SALE. BASIC TOPS & TEES ARE FINAL SALE. SEQUINS, METALLIC, SPARKLES,  FEATHERS, GLITTER & RHINESTONES ARE FINAL SALE. These items cannot be returned for store credit or exchange. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

For returns, merchandise must be unworn, new and unaltered and with TAGS attached. Items can't have any visible signs of wear like makeup, deodorant, perfume, etc. 

ONLY regular priced items are accepted for returns. Customers are responsible for shipping return fees.

PRE-ORDERS are Final Sale.These items cannot be returned for store credit or exchange. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

We do NOT issue refunds. Once all the items reach us and we check everything and your piece is eligible for return we will gladly give you a store credit or exchange. 

WE DO NOT CANCEL ORDERS. 

After receiving a store credit if the store has free shipping, store credits won't be eligible for free shipping. Customer will be responsible for shipping fees. 

STORE CREDIT WILL BE ACTIVE ONLY FOR 120 DAYS, AFTER 120 DAYS IT WILL EXPIRE. STORE CREDIT is NOT eligible to be used in seasonal sales: 4th of July, Black Friday Sale, Summer Sale or any Surprise Season Sale. 

 

 Make sure to write your address right and this way we can make sure the package gets to you. If the package appears DELIVERED by USPS we aren't responsible for it being misplaced.

Gift cards won during a giveaway are ONLY available to use for regular priced items. These gift cards are NOT eligible to be used during a FLASH SALE, EVENT SALE, SEASONAL SALE or regular sale section.
